Thorim and Hodir Released

Thorim / Hodir Down

With numbers up and raids more frequent, we’ve been able to penetrate deeper into Ulduar much more quickly. Our second night brought to light the Thorim encounter and an old favorite, Hodir. After some serious headbanging, both bosses fell with no trouble at all - two full guild firsts adorning the raid night. Next up is the Mimiron encounter, with Vezax and Yogg-Saron to follow just as quickly. We’re steps away from being the new titans of Ulduar!

Freya Freed

Our first night into Ulduar this week was very successful, clearing the Siege of Ulduar and the Antechamber with minimal deaths and wipes, giving us a good amount of time to take on new content. After many failed yet entertaining strategies, we homed in on Freya and took her out with a perfect clean kill. Next up are the remaining Keepers - bring it Yogg.

What the Hell Auriaya

Ulduar is supposed to be the most difficult content available, but this fight was cake. Auriaya and her cats went down like they should: without us even breaking a sweat.

Nalorakk Nullified
After a good run earlier in the week we had an open raid night Sunday to work on further Ulduar progression. With Normal Naxxramas out of our regular raid schedules, we’ll be spending more time in Ulduar each week. We’re halfway through the new dungeon, and ready for our next target - Hodir.

Iron Council Fili-Busted, Kologarn Krushed

Kologarn

The new raiding week brought with it a few more guild firsts in Ulduar. The first few bosses fell quickly, giving us plenty of time to take out some new bosses. Ignis was downed, but due to having a PuG in the group, we can’t dub it as a guild first. Swapping people out, we took down Iron Council with relative ease, breaking into the Antechamber of Ulduar. Before finishing the night, we decided to try out Kologarn, felling him as an afterthought. Outlook for the rest of this week looks great as we push deeper into the holds of Ulduar.
